We went to 2012 and already the account becomes regressive on December 14, date when finally released The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey after a series of obstacles encountered at the beginning of the project and which will be followed in 2013, if the waters are clear, by The Hobbit: There and Back Again
The new image shows Martin Freeman, who plays a young Bilbo Baggins, in what could be a scene from fight against some of the many creatures that they populate history: Orcs, goblins, giant spiders, etc. History tells us how Bilbo joins a group of thirteen dwarves led by the legendary Warrior Thorin Oakensheild to recover the Kingdom lost under the dragon Smaug. The journey will take to deal with threats-filled territories and will be one of the parts of this trip where Bilbo will give with Gollum, a fact that will change his life forever.
Philippa Boyens, co writer of the film, expressed to the average Hero Complex how difficult to adapt this story:
The story is similar to one for children so decide how to tell the tale was one of the first things to define. Who is the audience? It is completely different in tone to the Lord of the rings until the very end and then you start to see the world of Middle-Earth and hence we feel that it would be the same audience after all and we are concerned because it is easy to be repeated. It is a similar journey, it remains a journey from a point to a high and dangerous mountain.Meanwhile, Peter Jackson, director and screenwriter of the film, stated that:
This is the most fun of my career, by far, project which is interesting since I joined I somewhat reluctantly. Everything is unexpected. The film will feature several of the faces as seen in the trilogy of the rings with new ones: Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving, Elijah Wood, Orlando Bloom, Andy Serkis, Luke Evans, Benedict Cumberbatch, Evangeline Lilly, and Stephen Fry. More data, details and images will still remains almost throughout the year by front but surely arise to alleviate waiting.
